Mr. Robinson went past our expectations! Our kitchen, powder room, & guest bathroom was layered with previous sealer which started yellowing very badly as installed /coated with sealer in 1998. We are the newest owners & felt we had to replace the tile. We heard about this company that strips & reseal tile floors. We Interviewed several companies & decided to go with Michigan Stone & surface care. Best decision ever. He & crew did an outstanding job. Pics say it all. Wished I had before pics . Definitely all floors came out beautiful & pics do not give job justice. I will use them again!! Even Apollo ;my finicky cat approves of the job.. 😊👍

Larry cleaned my tile and grout and replaced a broken tile on the 33 year old ceramic tile in my kitchen. I couldn’t possibly be happier with the results. My tile quite literally looks like brand new again. I would recommend his quality work to anyone. He was on time, professional, courteous, down to business, and the work he did was second to none. Again, I am absolutely over the moon with how my tile turned out.

I am reasonable with my prices. My goal is to satisfy the customers so that I can become a repetitive provider.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to be patient, after I arrive on site. The customer needs to be very clear about describing the job that needs to be done. My job is to answer their questions and provide solutions to their every need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an M.B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and Finance. I am detail oriented, efficient, and very prompt. My job at the job site is to manage my cleaning resources, reduce waste, the customer's time and preserve the Customer's Property.
