My husband and I just purchased a large home ... and we knew that we would run into many issues that would need be addressed in a timely manner. Almost immediately after moving in, we experienced a leak coming thru our ceiling. We were not sure if it was from the roof or the upstairs bathroom. We contacted a few companies and selected Contour Property Solutions, and we are so glad we did! We were kept up-to-date of the technicians arrival ... and Jennifer even accommodated my hearing disability by utilizing text messages instead of phone calls (that was greatly appreciated)!! Our technician, Ricky, was punctual and went to work immediately. He was professional yet personable - just the right combination! He was knowledgeable and efficient ... and so very cordial and accommodating. As we develop our property into an event center that includes a bed and breakfast, my husband and I hope to use Contour Property Solutions again and again ... this is only the beginning of what I hope to be a long relationship!!

I called several companies to figure out a leak in my basement, I got several quotes from $$ to $$$$$. The rep from Contour came out gave an honest assessment and had the issue fixed in under 2 hours. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

Had Owen out to do a small rough in project. He was very conscientious and hard working. He stayed until the job was finished and I was satisfied as the customer. Will call again if more plumbing is needed.

It became a nightmare to find someone committed to their schedule. To my surprise, Owen from Contour was professional and punctual. He explained exactly what needed to be done and how long it will take. I thought it was going to be messy. But he did it very neat and clean and within the time he had anticipated. He even fixed the garbage disposal to make the sure the water flow is the way it needed to be. Overall, I am very happy with the company and its communication level as well as Owen. Keep up the excellent work.
