They arrived as promised... Cleaned the gutter then repaired a small hole as promised for a reasonable price. The workers were courteous and I would hire them again.

Excellent job. On time, courteous and conscience. Cleaned up perfectly. The guys even re-screwed some of my gutter hangs and now my ship is tight again. Now I have to find something else for them to do. Wish I could give 6 stars.

The company was friendly, but not responsive:
My email on 7/20 stated "The work was done on 7/10 morning. Since I cannot be on the roof, could you show me the pictures the technician took at the time? He was to bring back to office and said I can ask to see after he returns. I would be more interested in seeing the pictures of the north side of the gutter, and the 2 right angle corners on the south side of gutter."
I followed up 2 weeks later, and the answer was "I don't understand what you need". I repeated my question right away, and it was a silence after a couple of weeks now.
When I was allowed to take a look at the cleaning the technician considered done that time, I had to point out a considerable area that would have been missed.
