Verde Luxe Cleaning did a deep cleaning for my entire house. They were on time. Completed the job to my standard. My only question was the blinds. I thought blinds would be included in a deep clean. But the bathrooms, the kitchen, my walls and baseboards all got the attention they deserved.

For the most part the service was okay. I'm noticing that my home more so "appeared" to look cleaner than it actually was once I started moving in. I was never called for a follow up to ensure things went well.. however Nadiya was very friendly and nice. Sam was communicative up until service

The cleaners they hire are not vetted. One of them was professional at first but while he did speak well, it was pretty obvious from his tools, cleaning products used, and technique that he didn't know what he was doing. The other cleaner (I had two booked for the same day) came with a $30 vacuum, smelled like cigarettes, and took a break right after clocking in and then had the audacity to tell me it was a 3 hour job when I paid for 6hours.
The end result is barely noticeable. For $625 I would have hired 3 people and paid them $50/hour each and gotten a much better result. While I paid for a deep clean, but in reality its barely a surface level clean.
