- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Our goal is to be an option for every budget! - A commonly asked question is "how much does painting cost?" We can't directly answer that question because there are some many variables to each project but our metrics show that the price is usually between $4-$6 per square foot
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process when bringing on new customers on thumbtack starts with a genuine greeting, and show of appreciation for the opportunity! From there we will ask a few questions about the project specifics, and lastly we ask for the the home owners to invite us into their home to see the project to confirm the scope and show our customers we are honest, transparent, and most importantly good people!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our painters go through a training program so you can be confident working with any of our guys in your home!
