We price by volume — how much space your items take up in the truck. All quotes are given upfront before we touch anything. No hidden fees, ever. Stairs and extra-heavy items may carry a small add-on fee, always disclosed in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond within minutes, get the job details, provide an upfront quote, confirm a time, show up on time, and get it done fast. Payment is collected after the job is complete.
