My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. While most personal trainers focus on either your endurance, strength or stability, Kyle focuses on all three and more. From setting up monthly workplans, nutrition guides, or fitness training, it provides a well rounded experience. I’ve been looking for the right trainer for a while now and I can honestly say that Kyle is the best around. Not only affordable, but also always A positive and joyful time while being properly education in fitness. Flexible scheduling around YOUR time, which is a bonus if you’re busy. Coach Kyle truly knows his stuff! He walks you through step-by-step, and is there for you all along the way. He's incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and easy to talk to which made working out fun! My husband and I took 2 on 1 training, but had different goals. So he personalized our workouts and nutrition plans so we both got the most out of our experience! Kyle is the best workout partner I've ever met. He is very knowledgeable about exercise, nutrition and is very Professional. For me the biggest fear of starting a new workout program was being in pain from the workouts themselves. I have been surprised though that I've only gotten great results without the pain. I’ve only been training with Mr. Coach Kyle Wilkinson for a month and it has been great. He knows how to motivate you when you need that extra push and knows when not to so you don’t get pissed and annoyed. The guy has a straight forward and honest way of communicating things. The heart and passion Kyle has for his clients to succeed in their fitness goals. Allows him to provide the time and go the extra mile on his accountabilty. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My job is to get you to adapt health and fitness as a lifestyle so I offer discounts when you make short and long term commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I meet the client where they are at. If they have not exercised in awhile we start in my Level 1-Foundation program which lays the foundation for a body transformation by focusing on core stability, body strength, basic movements, foundational muscle, and basic nutrition fundamentals. After the body is prepped we can increase the intensity and use the muscle we have built to combat and burn off fat and keep it off. Men who want to take their training to the next level and have been exercising for some time will go right into my Maximum Muscle Building Stage where they will learn the essentials of muscle building to challenge and tear the muscle only to be repaired back bigger and stronger than before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?-Bachelor's of Science in Sports Performance & Fitness Entrepreneurship -Certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). -Credits with ACSM, ACE, NSCA, etc. -Various live trainings and hands-on workshops -Working through the Precision Nutrition course now (the most widely popular and effective nutrition certification on the market). I am always improving my craft to stay up to date with the most effective ways to train the body.
