Down to earth guy and easy to talk to. He definitely gives the benefit of a personal trainer in that he helps me reach my own specific goals from proper fitness to diet. No matter what you're trying to do, he's more than qualified to help get you there.

I only recently started training with Mike, but he’s already made a huge difference in and out of the gym. From day one he made sure I felt comfortable, and took time to know me and my goals. He genuinely cares i about his clients, from checking up on me when we’re not in the gym to make sure I’m eating right, and in the gym pushing me to do things I didn’t think I would be able to. He recognizes strengths and weaknesses very easily, and sets your workout routine around that! I would recommend him to anybody!

Having used Personal Trainers for about 8+yrs, it's safe to say that Mike, and being a part of Team MJ takes some beating. Mike not only tailors your personal objectives to specifically suit you; and only you, he also makes the whole workout experience enjoyable and feel like you've succeeded, no matter what you've achieved. The fact he doesn't use a 'one size fits all' approach speaks volumes. When I've been in the US I've only trained with Mike, but in the UK I've come across a wide variety of Personal Trainers, some of which I've had to tell how to do their job, purely from what Mike has taught me. I've also had ones that didn't know what personal space was; but Mike is ultimately professional and passionate about your long term goals and helping you achieve them. You would be wasting your time training with anyone else.

One of the most honest, and genuine guys I know. He knows how to push you to do your best and nothing less. Wouldn’t train with anyone else.
