I had a garbage disposal installed, and two toilets snaked. The plumber was sent out promptly and installed the appliance. I was concerned about the clicking sound it made when it was first turned on. He came back to check that it was installed properly. It was. The sound was a safety feature. I recommend Everclear Sewer and Drain Cleaning. Be aware that prices go up on weekends.

Bill spent a lot of time on the phone with me discussing my request to look at my sewer, snake it out, provide a report as to the health of my sewer, as I was in process of selling the house and had several issues in the past, namely a former liar for a plumbing company and I was very apprehensive to trust someone again being I am out of state with all of this. Bill took his time with me and did not rush me into a decision, we spent several hours on the phone that day with all of the concerns. I really respected his calm manner, many of the men who work in trades try to just hurry you off the phone are quite rude, and I do not like being rushed. As a landlord who deals with many trades the past 18 years I know when they are that way that they rush my job as well has been my experience and I am back to arguing with another trade person on their shoddy work. Bill was quite different he answered all of my questions, was very patient and did not try to just get me off the phone and get a credit card. I was very happy with the results and will definitely be calling him again for my next project, a bathtub install. He has character and was trustworthy, did exactly what I asked and made me feel so much better that I did not have to go on a merry go round as I usually have to do. He came that same day and was very prompt and explained everything. 5 THUMBS UP!
