- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept cash, check, or ACH payment. Military discounts are available. If a card transaction is preferred, a 3% fee will be added to the initial cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most jobs, we must come out and complete an on-site consultation. From there, we can draft a quote for the services within 1-2 business days. If the client accepts the quote, we will get them on the schedule. Typically, a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining 50% due at time of completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ripcord Construction is fully licensed and insured. We have been building for over 15 years. We are certified GAF shingle installers as well as Pella Certified Contractors.
