I had need of immediate bathroom repairs (toilet & vanity) in my 20 y/o mobile home. Fixtures were purchased & a day scheduled for delivery & installation by a master plumber. One hour before my scheduled appointment, as I was giving directions to my home, I was told that they don’t do projects in mobile homes / project canceled! I went went online immediately & found RipCord Construction. Chris called back within 2 hours & came over in another 3hrs & wrote me an estimate, explaining what was required & what my options were. He returned in 3 hrs & started the installation, staying until 10pm. The next afternoon he was back at it after picking up some needed parts & materials. Chris is licensed & insured. His work was excellent & professional & finished within 24 hrs! He also gave me a 10% military discount :) Excellent & timely work! I’ll definitely call Chris again. Kathy

Chris and his team went above and beyond to repair a few siding issues I had. Not only was he extremely responsive but he took the time to spend almost an hour on the phone with me helping to educate me on upkeep of my new home and things to look out for, along with things which may just be throwing unnecessary money at a problem. These guys are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. Will definitely look to use them for all of my home refinishing and remodeling activity in the future! Kudos especially to Chris for going above and beyond with great tutorials on home upkeep for me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept cash, check, or ACH payment. Military discounts are available. If a card transaction is preferred, a 3% fee will be added to the initial cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most jobs, we must come out and complete an on-site consultation. From there, we can draft a quote for the services within 1-2 business days. If the client accepts the quote, we will get them on the schedule. Typically, a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining 50% due at time of completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ripcord Construction is fully licensed and insured. We have been building for over 15 years. We are certified GAF shingle installers as well as Pella Certified Contractors.
