Nick and Brooke were great. I had my roof leak repair done an hour after I approved the estimate. It hasn’t rained yet but Nick was knowledgeable and didn’t over sell me. I will definitely go back to them when I need a roof.

I had Chris take care of some items specified on an inspection report. He came out to qoute the job the same day I submitted the inquiry and even did the work he qouted the next day from start to finish! Great to work with, respectful and very thorough! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept cash, check, or ACH payment. Military discounts are available. If a card transaction is preferred, a 3% fee will be added to the initial cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most jobs, we must come out and complete an on-site consultation. From there, we can draft a quote for the services within 1-2 business days. If the client accepts the quote, we will get them on the schedule. Typically, a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining 50% due at time of completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ripcord Construction is fully licensed and insured. We have been building for over 15 years. We are certified GAF shingle installers as well as Pella Certified Contractors.
