- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to first talk over the phone to understand better about the project at hand. Then, I set up a time with the customer to come out and give a free estimate to properly assess everything needed to be completed on the project. Soon after, my company can give you a price for the work and we can get started with your work once you approve of the price.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a provider who is not only able to communicate with you in a timely manner. Along with communication, a provider who has a good work ethic and provides an excellent service to you.
