- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Current basic officiating fee is $220.00 which includes one premarital session, rehearsal, and wedding. Reception prayer is included as well if the couple wishes and asks at time of first meeting. Fee due prior to wedding. Additional costs would include mileage if determined beyond 40 miles from Caro, MI, hotel and meals again if beyond reasonable distance if mutually agreed. Speaking engagements vary in fee with primary consideration of audience size and location. Let me know what you have planned and I will gladly taylor a reasonable amount or package!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important to meet in a neutral setting for the sole purpose of getting to know one another and be at ease with one another. It is invaluable for me to learn what is most important to the future bride and groom with regards to incorporating scripture, special music, children, and family into their special occasion. This time is the chance to ask questions and brainstorm about the ceremony.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
University of Michigan - Bachelor of Arts in Psychology; Boston University - Master of Divinity. I can officiate weddings anywhere in the State of Michigan and anywhere else my formal ordination is honored.
