- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $500 per day (8-9 hours) $250 minimum for small, handyman type jobs. (1/2 day) **************************
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1)**************************************** for me to look at your project. Step 2)At the appointment, I will take pictures, measurements, draw out a rough layout of floorplan and any changes to the floorplan, go over your ideas and talk about options. Step 3) I will put together a material list and labor cost. I will contact you with your estimate for the project. Step 4) Begin work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years of experience. I have owned my own business for 8+ years. I am a Licensed Builder. I have done just about everything you can do on a home.
