- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t aim to be the cheapest, we aimed to be priced fairly for great quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call, and evolve into a face to face meeting for the quote. If the quote is approved we will meet again to read through the contract and sign all relevant documents, clients will be provided with copies of all paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Michigan Residential Builders license, passed the test on the first attempt, and have been building since I was a child.
