When I called Sanders Suds I was pleased how quick the response was. The price they gave was excellent. The day of the job they were on time and they did the job in a timely fashion.When the job was done I did a walk through with the workers they showed me what was done by them. I was so happy that I contacted them for my clean up.

The girls were at my house on time. They were very nice. They were not given complete instructions on what my job entailed. I needed a thrual dusting of all rooms in house which they did not do. Things were not moved on shelves ,tables ect. Windows were not washed, they cleaned the frig after I had to tell them because they didn't know they were supose too. They told me to do a walk through to check they're work. When I did I discovered they completely missed a bathroom. When I asked them they laughed and said they couldn't find it. Why didn't they ask me when they couldn't find it? Also, it says you have 15 years of experience. I'm sure these girls have not been cleaning for 15 years. I wasn't happy with the job.

Hi Melissa I'm sorry that your experience wasn't up to expectations.I am a bit confused as to why you gave even a 3 star rating in this case. I am willing to recitfy things if needed at no further cost for the sake of your satisfaction. I do not like to place blame on customers however I just give an honest response and we were told by you that you had a 5 bedroom/2 bathroom not a 7 bedroom/3 bath home. We also have photos of the work that was done to your home. I believe your chief complaint was the ollder chaulk around your tub that can only be cleaned by us but is in need of replacement by someone in that field of work.While we completely understand and are ok with supervised children being in the home. During the cleaning there were young children present who were creating small messes through out the cleaning process. I personally kept the price that you and I agreed to when I was informed that your home was alot larger and you needed more tasks done and did not charge you accordingly. The price of cleaning your 7 bedroom/3 bathroom home was $210. While we all have bad days from time to time I never at any time find it suitable to be rude to others. I would have hoped that you could have been a little nicer to the employees that you have stated were nice to you. However please contact me if there is something I can do to make to recitfy things for you and even at this point I will do whatever I can As far as our experience as stated we are family owned and operated. Our expertise has been in the family for over 15 years.

I had a terrible and bizarre experience working with them. They cleaned my bathroom in a very unsatisfactory way, I signed off on the work order because it was still dark out when they were done. When the sun came up I realized they had not cleaned several areas of my bathroom, I paid $145 dollars including $20 for gas. When I contacted the owner about the service with pictures, she said she should come and fix it the next day at noon. I repeatedly told her that signing the work order was an oversight and I thanked her for willing to fix a badly done job. I text her at noon and she tells me she's two hours away, and since I am being "impatient" about her arrival time, she can offer me a refund of $14.99 on the total of $145. I can ask her for a cost breakdown and she is unable to give me a clear breakdown and arbitrarily suggests prices are decided roomwise. Since I had only 4 areas (bed, bath, kitchen, and living), I asked for a precise cost breakdown. She keeps texting rude messages saying I am being unappreciative of her, and that I had signed off on the work order and hence I am difficult and unreasonable and is no longer coming to fix the job as she needs to "protect" herself from me. At no point did I use any threatening language as I have all the text messages. She also says she's gone out of her way for me by fixing an appointment at 6:30 AM (even though the company's supposed work hours are 6 AM-7 PM) and driving a distance (even though they claim to serve Ann Arbor, and they charged me for gas which I paid without any arguments or a gas bill receipt). She keeps repeatedly mentioning how far she has to drive to reach me, it remains unclear why she yes to the project if I was outside her service zone? She then says either I accept a refund of $14.99 or we can mediate in court? Then they finally email me a bill breakdown for refund. Here is the breakdown I was given on email without an itemized receipt: Standard clean: 1 bed/1 bath Living room $90.00 Deep Clean: Kitchen and bathroom $35.00 Gas allowance $20.00 The standard cleaning of the living room alone cost $90 while DEEP CLEAN of kitchen and bathroom together cost $35. (???) Save your money, time and mental energy. Attached are photos after a "deep clean" of my bathroom.
