I regret hiring this “pro” for my grout sealing job. He showed up late and didn’t have all the necessary materials, despite having previously assessed the job. As a result, he couldn’t complete the work, and the portions he did finish were subpar. He failed to properly clean the grout before sealing, leaving visible stains, and didn’t even move small items like baskets to ensure full coverage—just sealed around them. On top of that, he showed a complete lack of respect for my home, walking inside with dirty work boots despite icy and salty conditions outside. He even stepped on my bath mat without moving it. His estimate was the lowest, and now I understand why. I’m now out $700 and have to pay someone else to fix his mistakes. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for quality work or professionalism.
