I have only positive things to say about this experience and the work that Bobier Woodwork and Design did for us. We presented them with our idea for some modular mirrors in our family room to make things feel brighter and more spacey, and what they came up with is more elegant, effective, and cool than we envisioned. It was done on time, safely, with good communication and openness. Frankly, I hope we could be "reviewed" as well as customers for this company so they'll work with us again, because I'm sure we'll be looking to throw some more business their way. We just moved here recently and have been making a lot of changes and upgrades to our home, but this one ranks as the best thus far. Signing up with Thumbtack and getting linked with Bobier Woodwork was an extremely fortunate thing. Thanks!

He was a life saver! My husband tried to install crown molding on a vaulted ceiling with numerous angles and failed. Kudos to him for trying! Bonier Woodworking & Design quoted at a price we could afford and did a beautiful job!!! We could not be happier. He was also a super nice person and we liked him from first meeting.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the nature of custom woodwork and the difference from one project to the next, we do not have a standard pricing model... That being said we are happy to provide you with a free estimate at your convenience. Just give us a call.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with having a conversation with the customer and simply figuring out the basic details of the project involved and what the customer is looking for. From here we will go ahead and set up a free estimate to take a look at what you have going on. (Some project's only require good pics and sizes for estimate) Then we will get back to you with a cost and timeframe estimate and upon agreement will set up a contract to protect both parties so we can get started as agreed.
