- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates. By teaming up with great financing companies we have a variety options to find an affordable payment option. We also maintain great relationships with material providers which allows us to give competitive good, better, and best estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will reach out. We will come and assess house needs, whether its gutters, windows, or the roof, and we will explain the solutions to the customer. We love doing repairs as well as installs, so we then provide the customer with a range of options to affordably and effectively improve the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a veteran with the United States Army and I have held my Personal Builders License with the Licensing and Regulatory Affairs of Michigan for over 25 years. I worked as a Project Manager for a premier custom home builder in Northern Michigan where I oversaw the completion of over 100 homes. Unlike other contractors, I have expertise over every element of residential homes to ensure that I notice and tackle every problem that others may miss.
