- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum service charge includes up to 10 standard depth holes and a call to Miss Dig with a 3-5 day lead. Standard depth 4' (Up to 8' for additional charge Widths up to 18" Covers available if needed (additional charge)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Describe your project and the type of holes needed. An estimate will follow. Service is scheduled at the job site and payment will be due at the time of service. Invoice is sent to the customer by email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Established deck builder - I have been digging footings for years. I am familiar with many municipalities and their requirements for footings, which enables me to deliver a quality service.
