Mark was fantastic and very thorough! The first home we had inspected and made an offer on fell through, so we actually used him a 2nd time on the next home we eventually purchased. Mark was very thorough and professional in the home inspection. He informed me of every little thing from electrical sockets voltage rating to air temperature readings at each window. Every detail was written down so I can go back over what needs to be fixed. He was helpful in suggesting a future furnace replacement. Not one area from roof to basement was overlooked! I highly recommend Mark to everyone!

Mark did a great job with our home inspection very thorough. My only small negative is the photos in the report were kind of hard to see. He went over all issues in detail and offered information on how it could be fixed and ballpark price of what it would cost. That is far better than high quality photos in my opinion. I would have no problem hiring him for another inspection.
