- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tax preparation pricing is based on the forms needed to file your return and localities you may need to file in. Most other services are based on our standard hourly rate or we will work together on a fixed fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Direct one on one in person, phone or email: We can handle the entire process via email and phone, we can meet at mutually agree upon meeting place or we can meet in my office, whichever suits you best. From there I will take your documents, perform the services mutually agree upon, provide insight in regards to current and future strategies, discuss the final product with you and return your orginal copies.
