Insurance is a must there so many things that can go wrong and its very important to have insurance. Find someone who cares that works with there workers or team. Before I started my bussiness I work for other cleaning companies and after they get a new accouunt they send someone there who has never been there before and who does not care. When I get new accounts I clean them!
