Fantastic business with the very best of customer service. I started regularly scheduled maintenance and service with this company about six months ago, starting with my AC unit. The attention to detail with their maintenance program is the best Ive ever seen. A few days ago when doing my first ever furnace maintenance with them for the winter season, their technician discovered cracks In the heat exchanger. These cracks had not been previously discovered by other businesses that had serviced my HVAC system. The technician was able to show me the very clear and undeniable cracks and corrosion damage in the heat system with a snaked camera. These kind of cracks can allow exhaust gases to enter the home and pose a dangerous carbon monoxide poisoning threat. HVAC Comfort was able to get me on the schedule and have a new furnace installed in my home only 36 hours later on a Saturday. The installation crew was fantastic, From the booties they wear to protect the home, to the clear explanations they provide to what theyre doing - the removal & insulation service was exceptional. This companys customer service and communication style is the very best in the business. They provide photos of the service personnel that are arriving at your home, They provide tracking of the crews so you can predict when theyll be at your property. Not only did they answer calls, including on weekends, I accidentally dialed their number and immediately hung up, and they still took the time to text me and call me back regarding even that call. I included photos from my recent service, you can see where the unit was removed, and the new unit that was installed. Their detailed and thorough maintenance protected my family and home. Dont wait for a unit to break to have it inspected. Preventative maintenance Is critical for a System that relies on combustion to heat your home. HVAC Comfort Inc Is the best in the business - and Ive been a homeowner for 40 years using numerous companies.
