Central Air broke down during the hottest holiday weekend! Searched the internet for AC Repair in White Lake and found these guys. From my first phone call with Greg to the final install by Chad and Jessie, the service was just phenomenal! HVAC Comfort makes a positive difference in the home service industry. Mine was a big job, requiring the furnace to come out with part of it being rebuilt, and I'm sure they did some work that they could have charged me extra for - but didn't! They went the extra mile to do an awesome job. Now, about 5 years later, AC is still working great, so I had them come in to do system maintenance. Again, awesome service, friendly and professional. Highly recommend for all HVAC services, from install to periodic maintenance. Some years later, Jake was here to do furnace cleaning. As always, service was awesome! I wish I could post more than one 5-star review for all the times they are here to do regularly scheduled maintenance. I wish I could post more than one review, but all I can do is add on to this one. Oct, 2025, my 16 year old furnace (installed by another company before I met these guys) quit working. A safety switch shut it down due to a cracked heat exchanger. Jacob, my current tech, diagnosed the problem and helped us thru the application for financing for a new furnace, which will be installed Friday. Victor and Jacob installed my new furnace on Friday, Nov 1st, 2025. As always, the work was outstanding and now I have heat again! Everyone with this company is polite and professional. Victor came back with Alex on Nov 5th to check on the furnace and add an air purifier. Very happy with their work and highly recommend this company for Heat and AC installation, repair and maintenance!

Will was amazing!! He looked at every component of our HVAC system, checked the air filters (and switched in some clean ones), quickly diagnosed and repaired our issue (capacitor blew out on the condenser), and taught me how to properly clean the fins off without denting them (paintbrush or low pressure hose spray). I was so pleased with the results. This isn't the first time I've gone with HVAC Comfort, and it won't be the last!Update 10/11/25: Chad came out today to diagnose an issue with our A/C condenser not turning on, and the capacitor blew again. The unit is 23 years old, so no surprise that we're having issues. Chad fixed it quick, checked the evaporator coils in the utility closet, and verified that the system is working properly. I also purchased the maintenance plan so that we can get our furnace inspected this month and then our A/C unit inspected in the spring. I completely forgot that I had HVAC Comfort out the last time we had A/C issues, so I got lucky in having them come out again this time. Scheduling online is super easy and having Saturday appointments is a huge bonus. Thanks Chad and HVAC Comfort!!!
