Austin did a fantastic job! He helped us replace our garbage disposal and swapped out some parts/pipes that were not up to code. He was friendly, knowledgable and considerate — even cleaned up his workspace on his way out. We’ll definitely be hiring him again for future jobs. Thanks again! :)

Our sump pump went out late evening on a Friday, and I found Austin. Sent him a message and he responded in less than 15 min. Called me and I sent him pics. He wakes me through the job over the phone and was able to come out the next day (Saturday) by 11:30am. He was very responsive, punctual and respectful. It was a blessing to find him and he saved us so much money vs calling a plumbing company. He finished the job in about an hour and its working like a charm. Told him I’m saving his number for the future and anyone I know who might need plumbing work. He was great to work with, would most definitely hire him again and refer him to anyone looking for plumbing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually quote based on the job. Each job is different and requires different parts, time, material and different solutions on install. A good description and pictures help with this.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Diagnosis of job/ problem, walk them Thru what needs to be done and give the customer confidence that they will be taken care of. After work is done I show them what had to be done and that it is fixed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took several online courses, read/ studied directly out of the Michigan Code book, also worked under multiple master plumbers on the job sites.
