- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually quote based on the job. Each job is different and requires different parts, time, material and different solutions on install. A good description and pictures help with this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Diagnosis of job/ problem, walk them Thru what needs to be done and give the customer confidence that they will be taken care of. After work is done I show them what had to be done and that it is fixed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took several online courses, read/ studied directly out of the Michigan Code book, also worked under multiple master plumbers on the job sites.
