Austin did a fantastic job! He helped us replace our garbage disposal and swapped out some parts/pipes that were not up to code. He was friendly, knowledgable and considerate — even cleaned up his workspace on his way out. We’ll definitely be hiring him again for future jobs. Thanks again! :)

Our sump pump went out late evening on a Friday, and I found Austin. Sent him a message and he responded in less than 15 min. Called me and I sent him pics. He wakes me through the job over the phone and was able to come out the next day (Saturday) by 11:30am. He was very responsive, punctual and respectful. It was a blessing to find him and he saved us so much money vs calling a plumbing company. He finished the job in about an hour and its working like a charm. Told him I’m saving his number for the future and anyone I know who might need plumbing work. He was great to work with, would most definitely hire him again and refer him to anyone looking for plumbing needs.

Austin knows a lot about the history of plumbing and shared interesting information about the plumbing in my 100+ year old house. He explained the process of adding an upstairs laundry room and took pictures to show me the work he'd completed. I am disabled by arthritis and he made sure to install the drain where I'd be able to easily reach it to change the filter I wanted to use on the outlet house. Austin is customer focused and made sure he understood exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with my new laundry room and he will be the person I call when I need plumbing work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually quote based on the job. Each job is different and requires different parts, time, material and different solutions on install. A good description and pictures help with this.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Diagnosis of job/ problem, walk them Thru what needs to be done and give the customer confidence that they will be taken care of. After work is done I show them what had to be done and that it is fixed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took several online courses, read/ studied directly out of the Michigan Code book, also worked under multiple master plumbers on the job sites.
