I’ve met with Connie twice now for personal training sessions. Connie has been very prompt and professional each time. I wanted a trainer that would come to my home and be willing to incorporate the exercise equipment I have into my workout routine. Connie was more than willing to do that and gave me a schedule to follow along with the workouts I do with her. I have various injuries to work around ( I am 53 yrs old) and she has been great at listening to my health concerns and working around them. She has helped me with nutrition as well. She is tough but not pushy. I am already seeing positive changes in my food choices and exercise routines in just the short time I have worked with her.
