My kitchen sink had dropped, leaving my kitchen unusable. I reached out to him on Thumbtack, explained my situation, and he responded almost immediately. He quickly asked for photos, understood the issue, and initially offered a weekend appointment. When I explained my family’s situation, he kindly agreed to come the very next day. He even drove 1.5 hours each way to help us out!
From the moment he arrived, I was impressed by the quality of his work. He was well-equipped, meticulous, and maintained a clean workspace. It was clear that he is a perfectionist who takes genuine pride in what he does.
I’ve come across many handymen who simply want to get the job done quickly, collect their payment, and move on. Saimir was completely different. He took the time to address potential issues proactively, paid attention to the smallest details, and made sure everything was fixed properly and to the highest standard.
I’m extremely impressed with his professionalism, dedication, and workmanship. Saimir will be my go-to plumber for any future plumbing needs. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about the quality of his work, I highly recommend giving him a try. You won’t be disappointed!
