PACE Self Defense believes that every person needs to have a set of highly effective, "bread and butter" techniques that can be brought into play instantly, without thinking it through. Each Pace class will drill you in very specific, hard-hitting punches and kicks, that are primal, instinctive, and ultra powerful! Basic power techniques are followed up with partner drills, speed drills, power drills, sweep drills, throwing drills, all rock solid, no nonsense techniques designed to get you out of trouble fast!
