My name is Robert I provide quality professional service, which I take pride in. I have been involved in home improvement for over 15 years. In recent years I’ve installed appliances as a contractor for G.E. Direct, Home Depot, Costco, Way-fair and JCPenney to name a few. I ONLY PROVIDE INSTALL SERVICES and maintenance for kitchen/laundry appliances (no repair of appliances)!!!! I DON’T REMOVE/CUT CABINETS FOR SPACES WHERE A DISHWASHER IS NOT DESIGNED TO FIT. I also mount t.v’s and do light plumbing and electrical work. (Plumbing) I DO NOT install water heaters, toilets or shower water valves. (Electrical) Includes; appliance related work, lighting fixtures and other non invasive projects. If I don’t feel comfortable with the job or if it’s outside of my scope of work, I will recommend someone for you.

Robert, of Well Done services came to my home the day prior to completing the installation of my washer and dryer to access what he needed to do. He gave me the price of how much it would cost and the time that he would arrive. The very next day, he arrived on time and got right to work. Once he was done, he showed me the work that he had completed. I'm happy to say that everything is working well and I would refer him to anyone who needs appliances installed.

Man great guy to work with! There’s no way I would’ve been able to make the progress made today without Roberts help. We hired him for a dishwasher installation, and as always we ran into some issues with the unit and the space. Rob was patient, solutions oriented, very kind and treated my home as if it was his very own…. With great care and attention to detail. Overall wonderful service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Willing to work with customers with or without parts. Customers with parts and a straight forward installation will get better pricing. Modification of your space will cost a little more. MODIFICATIONS ARE ONLY DONE in instances where they can be undone/reversed. (I WILL NOT preform wood work modifications where material is to be cut away or sanded.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish a connection by being completely transparent, be up front and honest with my clients and if possible virtually assess the job site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked as a contractor for a property preservation company, cable tv provider and a appliance delivery service who served various internal customers. In total I have 15 years experience with 10 years being a field worker with established companies.
