$65 initial sevice call fee that covers the first hour of diagnosis and quote. $65 Service call Fee is waved if you decide to go with quote offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with asking a series of questions to help narrow down and pinpoint the issue and the proceed by thoroughly explaining how we operate, Approximate time frames for job completion and our Warranty information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from years of experience we constantly go to major appliance brand nationwide training meeting's to stay knowledgeable with new and upcoming designs products and brands.
