What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot of the pricing is based on square footage of homes. Any wasp or hornets nest removals is one flat fee of $175. Animal removals is a flat fee of $250 unless otherwise stated depending on situations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to contact through Thumbtack first and move on to text or a phone call to make it personal. We try to gauge what the issue is and the situation in order to give a fair quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Pesticide license through the Department of Agriculture. 7, 7a (general pest management), 7b (wood destroying insects) and 7f (mosquito management). I am many years of experience in rodent control, bird management, bat management and animal management. Exclusion for the stated above is part of my experience and work. OVER 20 PLUS YEARS IN THIS INDUSTRY!
