I waited a while to write this review, they did a decent job on the fence. I had purposely purchased too many bags of cement out of my own pocket, Sam even said so. I had planned to use it on other projects throughout the house. By the time they were done there was no cement left not even one bag. I saw the guys putting them in their cars/trucks. I didnt make a fuss at the time because I wanted the job to get done properly. I even bought them lunch. Ive had several other jobs done around the house that I wouldve called them on but didnt because of this. You lost out on plenty of other business opportunities and referrals, over a few measly bags of cement. You should know the people working for you.

Hired Sam to do our sod, sprinkler system and fencing last year. He subcontracted all the work to other companies and did pretty much nothing himself. We paid him at our first meeting to order the fence we wanted and he never did which resulted in us having a fence style we dont want. It took over a month for our fence to be completed. One or two people (never Sam) would show up every couple days for an hour or two in the evening and put up one section of fence or dig one or two holes and then leave. Sometimes wed go days without hearing from him or having any work being done and Id always have to reach out myself to inquire what the deal was. This past week we got a notice in the mail and one taped to our door from our city saying a fence permit was never issued and if we dont pay the fee within the next week a court citation will be issued. When I called to confront him about the situation he said he would look into it and then hung up on me.EDIT: Called the city today and he had taken care of the permit. Still wasnt a fun process to go through but Im glad he finally did something in a timely matter. He applied for permit during the time of the project but never went back to get or pay for it. City still has to come inspect the work completed so we will see if anything changes.
