I had a great experience with the company. I have a crazy schedule and work odd hours. At first, we corresponded a lot by text and when we were finally able to speak on the phone I was able to describe what I wanted and sent photos of the previous deck. Chris came by on his own time and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He gave me a start date that was soon, kept me updated along the way, dropped off supplies early and confirmed plans in person. Chris and his crew are extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient, they worked during 2 of the hottest most uncomfortable days of the year to get my deck done. I can't thank them enough, I love my deck!
