The mechanism of our reclining couch failed and the manufacturer did not stand behind their product. Angelo and Mike rebuilt the box housing the mechanism, replaced the failed mechanism and made certain the unit worked properly. Their repair fee was fair and the entire job was timely and professional! Thanks guys!

Fantastic!!! We thought my husbands favorite chair was a total loss, one call to Angelo and they fixed it in 30 minutes! A simple motor change and the chair is as good as new

Made a call to have a recliner serviced, the technician was nice and diagnosed the issue to a faulty switch and told me I would hear back when the switch part was located but never heard back. So when I called to get a status, I was informed that they did not locate the switch, and therefor could not repair my recliner. I'm disappointed that a recliner repair store could not repair my recliner and they never called me back with any type of status or that they did not find the component. Leaving me still without any fix.

We contacted West Elm Furniture on your behalf....we were told to call their customer service number. After calling customer service we were told there were no parts available. Unfortunately we have no control over this. After that we scoured the internet for your part....again we found nothing available. I'm sorry we could not find a fix for your reclining sofa.... we tried every and all options that we have available to us. Angelo
