They did an excellent job on a bathroom remodel. In addition to quality work, the communication before and during the job was great. It's very disappointing to now not hear back from them once we reported an issue with the toilet the week after the work was completed.

We informed the client that the issue with the toilet not flushing mist have been pre-existing, as we were asked to swap it, an old toilet from the basement, to an upstairs bathroom. No work was requested or performed on the toilet - only a swap out- and it was inspected after the job by the client and there were no issues with flushing. Toilet repair was not quoted or requested for the original job . We explained to the client that our contract was fulfilled and that if additional work was requested it would be for a fee considering the job site was 45 minutes away. After this response we did not hear back. It is disappointing that this client expected us to return to the job site for free a week after the work we performed was completed and inspected to their satisfaction.
