- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a one year warranty on installation for all projects. 15% discount on labor for military and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have been contacted by a potential customer I try to get as much specific information as possible in regard to their project as possible I.E..budget,project area, color preferences and types of materials that the customer has in mind initially. I will then set up a day and time to meet with my potential customer for a project space measurement as well as an initial preview of variably priced material samples based on the customer's requests that are available for the potential project if requested. Once project scope, cost and timeframe for the project are mutually agreed upon, I will then prepare an itemized mutually binding contractor invoice for the customer to sign which outlines the scope of work along with material /labor costs. Typically I require a 50% deposit prior to start up with balance due upon completion.

The majority of my construction knowledge comes from 30 years of hands on experience.
