- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will often give discounts to consistent customers. My pricing is based on the work necessary and I am able to adjust according to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before arrival, I will ask for a list of work that is needed to be done along with a list of tools needed. I would always love to meet a customer in person just to get more clear communication day of if things do change, that does not always have to be the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training specifically with animal care. I also have experience with decluttering and deep cleaning.
