Dana solved a problem of the draft bay window which has existed for years. Another company had used rolled insulation which just didn’t solve the problem. Dana immediately understood the issue and were totally professional! Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will try to give the best quick estimate as possible, but we need to see the project to give an exact figure which will also allow us to tell the customer the rebates they will be eligible from the utility companies which we take care of for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to know what is going on with the structure ( cold area's, energy savings etc) so we can better assist in finding the right solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are B.P.I certified ( building performance Institute) which gives us even more tools to help diagnose issues and help the customer receive higher rebates for work completed. We are also lead safe certified.
