Let’s be real - Life can be challenging and sometimes down right messy. All you want is the certainty to comfortably pay your bills and have a little left over to enjoy life. - Grieving the loss of a job, a breakup, divorce or death is an unbearable pain that continues to weighs heavy in your heart and mind. Finding your way to a new normal seems almost impossible. Nearly every person on the planet carries some type of mental and emotional baggage that stands in the way of a happy, fulfilling life. Yet you are absolutely capable of taking control and in an instant you can change your life. It is a choice and the decision belongs to only you. Whether your desire is deeper intimate connection, strengthened family relationships, a thriving career, financial security or simply to feel balanced and grounded- the success formula is simple: Your life is a direct reflection of the relationship you have with yourself. Coaching people for over a decade, there are a few things I know to be true: 1) Things are never as they seem on the surface. What ever it is that you feel is stifling your life is usually only a small piece of the equation. 2) A connection to something bigger than yourself has the greatest influence over your relationship with yourself and with others. 3) What you experience in life is directly influenced by how you use your body, where you focus your mind, the language patterns you use and your connection with spirit. My experience has proven that working with an objective, outside source can be the greatest resource you can provide for yourself, your family, your partner, your career – Your Life.
