I rented the mini bus at the end of Jan. for my daughter’s 16th birthday sleepover. DeAndre was always professional, and responsive to my questions. On the day of the event, my driver, Matthew was a few minutes early. There were 5 people total that had to be picked up. He picked each of them up, drove them around, and made extra stops in between. My daughter and her friends enjoyed themselves. The experience ended up being better than I imagined and I will definitely use this service again.

The service was fantastic from the moment we contacted them for information. They always answered all our questions patiently, and the communication was wonderful. The driver was exceptionally kind and respectful. The reason I’m giving only 4 stars is because both the audio and video in the limousine didn’t work. The screen never turned on, and the music kept cutting out every five seconds, so we couldn’t enjoy the ride the way we had imagined. I believe what makes the difference between hiring regular transportation and a party limo is precisely that—the chance to celebrate with your friends as if you were in a moving nightclub. My daughter, the birthday girl, and her guests were very disappointed they couldn’t have that experience. Hopefully, this can be fixed because the service itself is excellent.
