- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want my customers to understand that I will look out for their bottom line. I understand that everyone wants to have a great brand and professional look, that allows them to put their best foot forward. My prices flex depending on a client’s overall needs, because none of us have bottomless pockets. I choose to work within a person’s realistic budget... I would rather build a relationship with a possible client and work together on a body of work rather then a one-time opportunity. My goal is to make my client feel as if they received above and beyond their creative expectations and hope they return again with further needs at a later time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with an overview phone consultation that shares my business philosophy and gives me the opportunity to thoroughly listen to what a perspective client is looking forward and what expectations they are trying to achieve. From their I offer professional yet realistic feedback based on our conversation, provide creative solutions that will fit their budget. Together, we will implement a timeline for concepts to begin and when the final materials can reasonably be finished... again working within their timeframe. I enjoy having the client involved from start to finish, providing them with a great experience all the while having ownership in the direction of their creative materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess both an Associates and Bachelors degree in Graphic Design & Brand Development. My Associates degree is from Macomb Community College in Warren, MI and my Bachelors degree is from the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit, MI, for a total of seven years dedicated to honing my craft paired with over 25 years of professional corporate and agency experience.
