Yvette was exceptionally professional from start to finish. Before our meeting, she made sure I had the necessary people in place and that everyone had their IDs ready, which made the process smooth and efficient.
When we met, I was under an incredible amount of stress. My brother had just undergone surgery, and we had nearly lost him. I could immediately sense that Yvette was a safe, compassionate person. I asked her for a hug, and she graciously embraced me, giving me the space to talk and process everything I was carrying.
As a former special education teacher of 30 years, I understand how important it is for people to feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. Yvette gave me exactly that in a moment when I needed it most.
When we entered my brother's room, Yvette spoke with him respectfully and thoughtfully, assessing how he was doing while ensuring he had the cognitive ability to understand the documents prior to signing. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always looking to expand my cliental base. New client would need to show valid identification to start the notarization process. As a mobile notary I can provide easy and convenient methods to notarize your documents.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been commissioned, bonded and insured by the National Notary Associate to notarize documents in the state of Mi. I am trained to perform loan signing and certified as a RON (Remote Online Notary)
