- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client has different circumstances. Some just need guidance. I have flexible rates 4%, 5%, 6%, 7% to accommodate every circumstance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get to know them and find out their situation and motivation. Then I help them achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a full time licensed Realtor with RE/MAX and am constantly seeking knowledge and training to improve my service everyday.
