Working with Devon to fix our leaky basement was great from start to finish. He responded quickly, provided knowledgeable advice for selection of the best system for our house, was flexible with scheduling and he and his crew were exceptional during the install. I have to be honest, I was a little reluctant to have a newer business take care of the issues I was having in my basement. However, after multiple calls and meetings with Devon I was blown away with his knowledge and honesty. I wanted him to do additional work and he told me that wasn’t his expertise and refered me to someone else. Wasn’t the cheapest but much better experience than another company that did work for me in the past.

I hired Tedesco to dig up and replace a well and also waterproof the wall on my commercial building. It was a rough start. When job day came a company showed up branded Forever Watertite. I guess they merged with Tedesco or he bought them out?? Devon wasn’t on the job and there was some miss communication which caused some problems. When I came back the next day and saw the final job I wasn’t happy. They stacked 2 wells together and bent it out to make it fit and left exposed areas next to the window that should have been waterproofed. Because the well was bent out to fit the width of the window the grate didn’t fit either so they just put some bolts in the brick to rest it on. I will give Devon credit that he came out and promised to make it right. Its not perfect and the correct well should have been installed to begin with but I give him credit for not hiding and trying to make it as good as it could be.
