Working with Devon to fix our leaky basement was great from start to finish. I hired Tedesco to dig up and replace a well and also waterproof the wall on my commercial building. It was a rough start. When job day came a company showed up branded Forever Watertite. I guess they merged with Tedesco or he bought them out?? Devon wasn’t on the job and there was some miss communication which caused some problems. When I came back the next day and saw the final job I wasn’t happy. They stacked 2 wells together and bent it out to make it fit and left exposed areas next to the window that should have been waterproofed. Because the well was bent out to fit the width of the window the grate didn’t fit either so they just put some bolts in the brick to rest it on. I will give Devon credit that he came out and promised to make it right. Its not perfect and the correct well should have been installed to begin with but I give him credit for not hiding and trying to make it as good as it could be.

I had an overall good experience with Devon. He seemed to really know what he was talking about when we discussed the job, and what it entailed, and his overall confidence about what he was talking about is what helped sell me on it. Great prices (compared to other companies such as ever dry and foundation systems,) and I'd consider the work quality and professionalism on par with those two companies. A+ in my book.
