I had been dealing with low water pressure in one of my sprinkler zones and contacted several irrigation companies for assistance. Unfortunately, most of them seemed to be guessing at the cause of the problem, and none were able to provide a lasting solution.
The team at LDRS took a much more thorough approach. They performed a complete system walkthrough, inspecting the valve, checking for leaks, and evaluating the overall performance of the zone. After a detailed assessment, they correctly identified that the zone had too many sprinkler heads, which was causing the pressure issue.
As an immediate and cost-effective solution, they replaced the existing nozzles with more efficient low-flow/high-efficiency nozzles, which significantly improved the pressure and restored proper coverage.
I really appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and systematic troubleshooting process. Instead of guessing, they diagnosed the problem correctly and provided a solution that worked. Highly recommended. 🤜🤛

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the work, our pricing varies. for small projects we charge a trip fee plus a per man hour fee.. this means when there are two men needed on site. It is a two man hour fee per hour.. for larger projects we give you a written quote and a timeframe that that quote is good for. We carry sizable insurance policies to cover our customers as well as workers comp and medical insurance for our employees so we’re not your local handyman that wouldn’t have you covered if an incident was to happen to your largest investment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally reach out. I have a conversation with all of our new customers and find if we are going to be a good fit for their needs and if we can work within their budget.. we have found that we are not everyone’s contractor but we appreciate every new opportunity to find new customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner who began this business has been working in the trades for over 35 years as well as teaching multiple trade through Ross, corporate training services, owner, then trained two of his sons and his other cruise for being mobile commercial building technicians with bearing levels of expertise in multiple trades
