- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are calculated using direct cost. We figure the cost of your project materials, labor, dumpster, delivery, permits as/if necessary and we operate around a 12-15% overall profit margin. We will provide itemized pricing upon request. We provide purchase options including cash/check/card and a finance program offering 5-15yr fixed payment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have an appointment booked for the service type. We have our technician perform an inspection to gather a scope of work and what kind of product & performance our customer is looking for. We can assemble a price on site and answer questions or we can build a proposal packet and email the information for review at the customers convenience.
