Yes and no. Depends on what all is involved (preparing), how far needed to travel, equipment needed to do event and how long the event lasts.. Outside events cost more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a questionnaire I use to get most information needed. After that it's asking questions or answering to ensure both parties will be happy..

Working with bands. Knowing how to read a crowd.
