Chris is incredible to work with, he put our art up extremely professionally and it looks phenomenal. He uses lasers to get it leveled perfectly. Definitely hire him for your art hanging he will do an A+ job and you will be very happy!

Chris put trim around 9 windows in my livingroom 4 single and 5 double mulled windows. He removed 5 and reinstalled 5 window ledges as well. The finish was excellent. It took him about a day and a half to complete the job. The finish is excellent, the corners match up perfectly and the edges are even. Chris was ontime and available for conversation regarding the job. He always cleaned up after his work.. I would highly recommend Chris!

Details: Casing • Chair or picture rail (less common) • Drywall • No, I will need the carpenter to provide the molding or trim • This is just an installation job - no design needed • As recommended by carpenter • 81 - 160 ft • I do not need it painted or stained

I would highly recommend Parker's Handyman Service to anyone needing professional, high quality work completed with pride and integrity.
I had the owner, Chris address a number of repairs on my house including rotted fascia boards, chimney rain cap replacement, cleaning moss from my garage roof and second level siding, installing zinc abatements strips, repair of one of my front porch columns and caulking and painting all the wood trim and eaves.
I really appreciated his knowledge, care and pride he took in in his work and would gladly hire him again if needed in the future.

Details: A full day (Complex or long-term projects) • Maintenance • Repairs • Assembly • Cleaning • Painting • Installation • Gutters • Walls (outside) • Home

Great work and in this case, sort of an emergency. He was able to fit me in very quickly based on need. Second story hand rail, rebuilt and reattached…better than its ever been.

Chris straightened a section of fence that had been leaning. He took the time to understand that I didn’t want to replace the whole section and was really just looking for a solution that would last until replacement made sense (it does not at the moment, for various reasons).

Chris communicated very well with me from the time I made contact until the day he did the project. I would definitely hire him again.
