Inquired about having a cleaning done at my business. Canceled on me 3 times or didn’t show. Could have simply told me she didn’t want to take the job or was to busy to. Very unprofessional and upsetting.

I didn’t get upset when you answered my estimate after 3 business day… if you would have answered right away maybe you would have also gotten a service done! Things get busy and people cancel all the time and this review is more about a service we do for clients,rather than “set up-cancel appointments”thing…
