Mr. Edwards is amazing, point blank. I’m a realtor and my client chose After Hours Home Inspection as the preferred inspection company for a listing and I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, quality of service, amazing price, etc… The inspector (Mr. Edwards) is a class act and takes his time to explain each and every step of the process in-depth such as how certain systems may work in conjuncture, or independently, troubleshooting steps of certain major appliances that can potentially save you hundreds to thousands of dollars, also while taking his time to field and answer any of your questions while also portraying an amazing sense of humor and doing whatever he can to ensure his clients are left with a sense of extreme satisfaction. You aren’t upsold for any additional services that may not benefit you in a particular transaction, and the amazing price is unbeatable especially for the amount of knowledge and amazing customer service that comes with it. The inspection was very thorough, which includes a post-inspection report that includes photos and an extremely detailed explanation of each flaw found throughout the inspection. This is always a plus, and should definitely be preferred opposed to a checklist variation of a post inspection report that various inspectors may give immediately after the inspection. Overall, the service, the knowledge, the friendliness, and the experience is a 10/10. I’d definitely recommend After Hours Home Inspection.

Wallace is an excellent Home Inspector. He was very meticulous each item he inspected and was very educational. Wallace walked me through the signs of common issues he was looking for and provided advice on how to best resolve them if any were observed.
